Horseshoe Beach has established a streamlined process to apply for building permits. Ensure your intended project falls under one of the listed categories, then follow the instructions below. Application Process

  1. If you as a property owner are planning to do anything to your property provided in the categories list above, you must first call or visit Horseshoe Beach Town Hall. 
  2. Depending on the description of intended work, you will be provided with a document that you will later deliver to the Dixie County Building Department.
  3. Contact the Dixie County Building Department by phone and schedule an appointment with our Town LDR Administrator. 
  4. At your scheduled appointment time, the LDR Administrator will review your application and ensure you have met the requirements to receive an approved building permit.
