Horseshoe Beach Utilities Online Payments


Payments can be made any time, day or night, through our partner - PayStar. 
PayStar charges a nominal fee for each transaction, applied to the transaction at the time of payment. Horseshoe Beach Utilities does not receive or process any portion of the transaction fee - only the water payment customers choose to pay.
There are no fees for using PayStar's site to review your bill or balance, sign up for e-statements or paperless billing, or sign up for autopay (transactions made through autopay have a per-transaction fee identical to "quick pay" fees)
As of July 2023, the fees PayStar charge for transactions are one half to one quarter of the cost of paying a late fee for missing a payment. If you have trouble making payments on time, AutoPay can pay for itself!
