Job responsibilities are as follows:

APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE. RANDOM NIGHT TO EARLY MORNING HOURS AND SOME DAYTIME-AND AFTERNOON HOURS WILL BE SCHEDULED.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
MUST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED EQUIVALENT
APPLICANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE CARE OF THE PATROL CAR’S CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
PATROL THE TOWN OF HORSESHOE BEACH AND WATCH FOR ANY CRIMINAL OR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY AND REPORT IT TO DIXIE COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
APPLICANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO ASSIST THE TOWN’S FEMA DIRECTOR DURING EMERGENCIES AND WHEN CALLED UPON.
